Booking Conditions

Parents and students please note the updated tutorial appointment conditions:

• Tuition fees are payable in advance each half term. Typically, fees are paid in advance in blocks of five weeks.
• Fees are payable by cash, EFTPOS, MOTO, direct deposit.
• Tutorials cancelled in advance will receive a credit that may be  used for a replacement lesson during the school holidays or on a different tutorial day.
• Students missing an appointment without prior cancellation will lose their fee for that lesson.
• Upon enrolment, it is assumed students will attend regular weekly tutorials unless notification of cessation of tutorials is given. A minimum of five tutorials is required to be booked.

It would be appreciated that these conditions are observed, otherwise it makes arranging tutorials for students and those on the waiting list difficult.
